This mod was developed in order to bring Dawn Of War 3, closer to the 40K standards we expected.
With the addition of changes to all three factions, including new units, and new gameplay mechanics, I hope to bring this game, the attention I feel that it deserves. Dawn Of War 3 in my opinion has more potential than any Dawn Of War game thus far, and this work was my refusal, to watch this game die. Unfortunately it still did, however it lives on in spirit.

That is why you are here. Welcome to the mod, that brings apocalyptic battles to Dawn of War 3.

IMPORTANT: "This is the successor mod to Rework v2. Rework v2 is now hidden from the public."

Now without further delay, let’s begin.

+NEW GLOBAL CHANGES+ (General changes for all races)

– All population resource requirements removed.
– This means NO ARMY UPKEEP, BIGGER ARMIES, AND INFINITE ARMY SIZES.

– All listening posts costs reduced from 300 > 250 requisition.

– Reworked Elite Point system.

– THE POWER RESOURCE rate has been greatly increased from 0.05208333 to 0.113.

– Objectives such as the Shield Generator, Turret, and Power Core can now be repaired.
– Objectives HP increased by +100%.

– All unit production buildings and HQs, have HP increased by +100%.

– Now only Infantry and skimmers may capture strategic points. Builders, Walkers and Vehicles cannot.

– All builders now repair +100% faster.

– To emphasize the importance of positioning and to counter the small sniper DPS buff, all Sniper squads now receive +15% increased damage when attacked from behind.

– To reduce the feeling that Vehicle armour behaves like paper when attacked from behind, All Vehicles that were susceptible to taking +250% increased damage, now have that damage reduced to +200%.

– Buildable turrets now deal AOE damage, making them much more effective at their intended role of defence.

– Turrets do not require a doctrine to build, this was silly.
– Turrets now detect stealth units!

– All Buildings now benefit from Vehicle Upgrades!

– All Psykers can detect stealth units!

– All builders have access to mines.

+STRONGER BOTS+

Now let’s talk computer opponents. For you bot bullies out there. Normal and Hard bots now get a resource multiplier buff. Titanic battles will now rage across the map, with a scale more true to the 40K universe. Ork Waaghs! now get so crazy that my game crashes. Here’s a comparison.

+DANGEROUS GAME+

Dangerous Game is a new upgrade, which when researched allows your units to pick up resources on the battlefield!

– Non trainable Elites, now drop 1 Elite point upon death.

– Builders now drop 50 requisition upon death.

– Listening posts drop 200 requisition and 25 power when destroyed.

– Turrets and Eldar Shield Structures, will drop 25 power when destroyed.

These resources will expire after 15 seconds.
