Description:

You need the Rise and Fall Expansion, Gathering Storm Expansion, and Project Rush: Stirring.

VOCALOID – Project Diva:
When you enter a new era, earn 3 random Eurekas and Inspirations from that era.
Earn Great Scientist Points and Great Musician Points at 2 times, and Great Scientists have an additional charge.

Yamaha Music Company:
Replace Broadcast Center. Provide more Great Person point.
Can provide more Culture and Science when Powered.

Virtual Diva:
Replace Medic.
Heals units and make adjacent units can yields Culture same as defeated units’ Combat Strength on combat victory.

1. MEIKO – Nostalogic:
   Cities within 9 tiles of the Capital gain +50% Production.
   Combat victories over units from earlier eras provide Culture equal to 50% of the Combat Strength of the defeated unit (on Standard Speed).
   Land melee and Naval melee units +7 Combat Strength against enemies with lower or equal base Combat Strength.
   After completing any civic, you will kill all Barbarian Combat Units in your territory, and gain Gold equal to their base Combat Strength.
2. Hatsune Miku – World is Mine:
   +1 Gold, Faith and Culture for tiles within 9 tiles of the Capital.
   +10 loyalty per turn for cities on the same continent as the capital.
   Permit the construction of "Spring Onion Farm" improvement.

   Spring Onion Farm:
   Hatsune Miku’s unique improvement.
   Provide Food and Culture. Provides Tourism after researching Flight.
   Provide +1 Food for neighboring tiles, +1 Culture for neighboring tiles with Bonus Resources, and +1 Science for neighboring tiles with Luxury Resources.
   Can only be built on flat Grass and Plain terrains.
   After complete "Civil Engineering" technology, it can be built on flat Desert, Tundra and Snow terrains.
   Each city can build only one Spring Onion Farm.

3. Yuzuki Yukari – Almost Full Moon:
   Roads built in your territory are one level more advanced than usual.
   Domestic Trade Routes provide +3 Food and +3 Production, while international Trade Routes provide +2 Culture and +2 Science for every Specialty District at the Destination.
   Trade Route Capacity is increased by 2, International Trade Routes receive +15% Tourism after acquiring your first Great Scientist.
4. Yumemi Nemu – Cosmic Melon Soda Magic Love:
   Campus gain triple adjacency bonus.
   All kinds of alliance can share field of vision, and gain more alliance points.
   When you declare friendship with a Major Civilization, all cities receive a +5% bonus to Science yield.
   When you form an alliance with a Major Civilization, you get a +10% bonus to Production towards space race projects.
   +1 Movement, +1 sight range for all units during Golden Age.
