A tweak to allow canteens to be outside and support chair-only situations! Works great with {Mini, Upgrades}’s new chairs, tables and benches!
-Small (obvious) warning: You will not be warned by the game to build seating in your Canteens anymore!
Compatible with PA Update 2!
