For this new entry in the Steampunk Theme, I wanted to make an absurdly high piece. Something that can be used as a "weenie" at the end of a main street to attract visitors.
The Spinning Coaster Challenge was the perfect occasion to build that, as it’s a family ride and it’s not generally too intense.

So here it is, The Botanical Garden !
I played a bit more with the colour and vegetation to break with the grim looking style of the rest of the set. But keeping some similarities with the other buildings was important as well, so it can fit properly with the other blueprints.

The main building stands out with its reddish/rusty colour and hide the queue line and exit for the ride.
The ride itself, The Twisted Vine, start with a small chain lift to reach its highest point. As the Queue uses stairs there’s already a descent altitude reached when peeps enter the station. Cars then follows a series of helixes going faster and faster to reach the maximum velocity on the final turns of the ride. They are some small bumps there to have some airtime and add to the fun of the highest speed and avoid redundancy. It finally uses the speed to climb to the station high and finish with a slow large turn, for those who like to enjoy the view and have a little break time before getting out of the ride.

Cars come in three different colours and the building uses actual windows so you can keep an eye on the peeps inside the building.
I stole CoasterB’s idea to use some roof pieces to create a catwalk on the chain lift part, so all credits go to him for that. I also find a trick to create animated fans on the main building’s facade, I have to admit I’m really proud of how it turned out !

Hope you enjoy !
