Ferrovie dello Stato – Class 740
*HISTORY/DESCRIPTION:
The Ferrovie dello Stato (Italian Federal Railways) employed these kind of locomotives for heavy freight work and passenger services on secondary lines. 740 units of this locos were built from 1911 until 1923. They served the entire network with their 2-8-0 "Consolidation" wheel arrangement, which gave them lots of power and, at the time, a small axle load. Withdrawn started in the 1970s. 49 of these locos were preserved, and 3 are still pumping steam into their pistons!
I think it came out pretty well, but I don’t think it’s the best, I can clearly find some of spots with unnacuracy when compared to some photos.

-L: Lights.
-H: Whistle (Car Horn).
