Dynamic Office Tower
UPDATE 7/24: updated elevator control panels.
UPDATE 7/20: Now with working elevators & the following spawning options:
-Tall with furniture
-Tall without furniture
-Short with furniture
-Short without furniture
Just a depressing office complex. Fully Dynamic.
The building contains 13 (or 6 for the short tower) floors. The floors contain the following:
-Subterranean parking garage
-Lobby floor with coffee shop & plaza
-10 office floors containing 2 variants (4 floors for the short tower)
-Roof/penthouse with an elevator machine room
With the exception of the core and columns, every component in this building is a dynamic prop held together with joints. Destroying a column should cause the entire building to sag/collapse.
Project is still WIP with the following items still needing to be worked on:
-Elevator. They’re currently a bit jank & the doors don’t open on the upper floors.
-Add explosives to the transformers and propane tanks.
-Add a static (non-dynamic) version to further assist with lag.
Note, for the best dynamic performance, the short tower is strongly recommended. Not only is it less laggy, but the dynamic nature of the building really shines much better with the shorter building (the tall building tends to hold its shape a bit too well IMO).
