Moscow Unified Frame Towers
This mod proposes 2 late-Soviet 25-storey residential buildings located in Moscow, not far from the Ostankino TV Tower.
These buildings are not part of a standardized building series, but instead are individual projects based on the KMS-101 catalog of construction components (panels, etc), and are collectively regrouped under the label ”unified frame” (Унифицированный каркас), which includes various other towers and blocks (thanks Junna for the technical infos).
The two buildings available are identical in construction and habitable space,
but one has bigger balconies in its upper floors.
Each has a capacity of 288 adults, at 91 and 92pc quality for the simple and ”snazzy” version, respectively.
On top of the concrete panel construction materials, they require some mech components for the elevetators, and bricks (as in ceramics) for the tiles.
