Unlock method: Defeat The Beast as Tainted Isaac

Isaac is very fragile, even a single touch from enemy will make him lose a lot of his blood. When Isaac is bleeding he is crying so much… And all of his item are corrupted, getting hit has 33% chance to change one of his passive items into Lemegeton’s Wisp.

Unlock method: Defeat Delirium as Tainted Cain in under 35 minutes

Time is money. Cain has a timer below his legs that will countdown to his death. Every time he take damage he lose 10 seconds of life, but clearing rooms give him a precious reward in a form of… more time to live.

Playing as: Isaac
Goal: The Lamb
Gimmicks: Every item changes into 2 Lemegeton’s Wisps of that item.
Reward: Blood Syringe

Playing as: Cain
Goal: Mom
Gimmicks: You have 20 minutes to beat mom. Every time you pickup and item you lose 30 seconds. Every time you take damage you lose 10 seconds.
Reward: Kidney Beggar
