Fintech: +10 Gold for cities with university and stock exchange.
Financial Liberalization: Cities with stock exchange and population no less than 10 get Gold equal to population.
Export Substitution: +1 Trade Route from cities with industiral zone.
Tourism Economy: +30% Gold for cities with national park.
