Automatically obtain 50% research progress on stirrups and feudalism. Improved strategic resources for each adjacent area,provide 2 production.If it is horse,it will provide 1 extra science in addtion.
All cities except the capital receive -10% Yields. Afterwards, for each city, all cities will increase their output by 3%.After researching tech stirrup will unlock the unique unit: the Norman Knight.
Unlocks the Builder ability to construct a Collective Farm, unique to Norman.+2 food, +2 production.+1 corresponding yield for each specialized area in the city (entertainment center, water park, commercial area provide 2 gold, diplomatic area and Plaza de la Villa provide culture, military camp provide production, and port provide food). +1 from each central building. May not be built next to another feudal farm, but allowed to be built on farm, pasture, plantation resources.
