Retexture, fixing materials and parameters for some vanilla items.
Repacking the mod is prohibited, only adding to the list of required items.

- Reduced specular and specularPower (gloss) parameters for some items
- Damage textures for backpacks (destroyed state is now more visual)
- Adjusted color for some items, classname of items didn’t change (look in "classnames.txt")
NOTE
- White and winter sets are more logical and correct to use on winter maps, they have increased insulation and the detection coef for AI is reduced.
- The insulated Gorka set with the prefix "warm_" was made separately so that mod can be used on both summer and winter maps.
- All new items have a classname prefix "sota_" for easy search in the admin panel. The "classnames.txt" list is located at the root of the mod folder.
- Files for Chernarus (v1.20): "types.xml, cfgrandompresets.xml, cfgspawnabletypes.xml" located in the "Xmls" folder at the root of the mod. Balance is close to vanilla.
