I have revised the whole layout to better match TLD.

I have created this model railway inspired by Hinterlands "The Long Dark".
You can now ride the Great Bear Trans Island Railway before the quiet Apocalypse begins!
I have modelled the full line and added locations at both ends not present in the Long Dark.
Great Bear Island lies off the coast of Canada. It is populated by hardy people, but the prosperous times have long passed. The Trans Island Railway traverses the island from Coast to Coast, taking supplies up the line, and bringing back Timber & ore from the mines.
Starting at Port MacArthur inlet, the line climbs through the valley on a loop to gain height.
Through the mountains the line emerges high up in the Coastal Highway region. Along the ridge and through another tunnel you cross the Ravine region and over the ageing Curved Trestle bridge, before entering the third tunnel, the line emerges to cling to the cliff sides and on through a frozen river gorge.
The line passes the abandoned Carter Hydro Dam and on into the Forest past the Mystery lake Cabins.
Through another tunnel you traverse the bleak Forlorn Muskeg region, a high frozen marshland, then on to the final section through the high mountains up to the End of the line at the High Falls logging camp.
I designed it with the driver experience in mind rather than the modeler’s view, best played in the snow.
I have updated the map to include more detail along the length of the track.
Thanks to Franks for developing Rolling Line, it is awesome, and Hinterland for the inspiration from the Long Dark.

V2.5 Updates:
Revised all colours/ rocks/ sleepers / bridges etc.
Remodelled ALL Bridges
Added more tracks and detail at both ends (Loop/mine/lake at High Falls — Engine shed/logging sidings at the Port)
Revised carter Hydro Dam area
*The only aspect added not in TLD is the Unloading area siding in Mystery lake region. I though it would be a better layout with a passing place.
And loads more I can’t remember!
V2.6 Updates:
Added Dynamic snow to the track, use engines with ploughs for effect.
Fixed some floating tree issues!
