Rewrites the Oregon Treaty events to make the USA cede any Canadian land that it owns to Canada, or whichever Canadian minor should receive said land.
Applies to all Canadian minors and Canada, event should cede the land to whoever owns the Canadian parts of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
