Description:

This mod aims at enhancing railways by making them more engaging, having impact on society building, more immersive and less troublesome.

Main features:
Tweaked Infrastructure from Railways:
Infrastructure is simulated as "laying rails" for potential transport in the progress of building a railway. It is not dependent on employment level, only on building level of the railway. No more build spirals from the Autonomous Investment in understaffed Railways.

Specialized Transportation:
Transportation is split into industrial and personal transportation (Cargo and Transportation). Railways giving a basic level of both and offers multiple PM´s to boost each of the two outputs seperately.
Transportation is taxable for cheaper, based on several historic cases of ticket-taxing, offering more interaction in influencing society and nation.

Adapted and expanded rail-based PM´s
Cargo is now used by all industrial rail PM´s. Added special "Grain Train" PM´s to agriculture. They are less powerful and represent historical difficulties in moving grain (both by good and people). Nonetheless its a further step to expand gameplay for agricultural nations, especially low infrastructure, low pop states with high arable land.

Notes:
Reducing personal transportation to boost services consumption or the other way around might be an interesting strategy 😉

Possible Problems:
Aside from usuall moding problems concerning naturally low amount of balance and playtesting, the game might not show industrial carriages in the map. Needs actual testing to be confirmed, sadly this specific code is still hiding from me.

Future Plans: Maybe some journal entries and events around Railways (focus on personal transport).
Changelog is avaiable, but needs cleaning first.
