Includes outer disciples dorm, Ancestral Shrine, indoor training area, workshop (all stations), dining/leisure, material, cold and fireproof storage areas.

Storage areas are marked in accordance with my own preferences (after Mini-Universe acquisition). If you do not need this, just do a different flooring.

Everything is very auspicious and affordable (all Marble Blocks are imported from the Ruins of Taiyi).
