Port auto-expand
Adds auto-expand for Ports so you don’t have to check it every now and then.
1. Port don’t use anchorage production methods.
2. Occupancy 100%.
3. Available convoys are less then convoy usage.
4. Construction queue is under 130 weeks or has unused construction points.
I recommend turning some ports that are not planned to expand into anchorage method or simply don’t build on those state,or the mod may add all the ports that meet requirements into construction queue,this might fluctuate expanse for early games and might be a little overkill.Or you could simply turn off the auto-expand for some of the ports.
Should be compatible with mods that don’t touch port building,or it’s production methods.
Only have english and chinese localization at the moment.
