Description:

This replaces the icons for unit experience with skulls instead of chevrons. It makes more sense for some factions to have their warriors tally their kills with skulls instead of receiving stripes to sew on their uniforms.

This affects all factions. I have tried but you can’t have faction specific rank icons unfortunately e.g. you can’t have your units with skulls and the opponent with chevrons, the game just replaces them for all teams.
