RE-BALANCING UPDATE
This mod is for you who is playing longer campaigns where you are going for the ‘Long Victory’ Goal. Maybe you are playing on legendary difficulty and want more flexibility when leveling up your Generals and Heroes.
This mod changes:
+Maximum level up from 30 to 60
+You now gain 2 points from 1 – 30 and then 1 point per level after 31 – 60
(This applies to all known characters: Legendary Lords, Generals, Heroes, Agents, etc)
