No Cheats for the AI
This Mod disables every Cheat on every Difficulty, that the AI gets, but not the Player.

Boosts, that got nullified:
– Building Construction Cost Reduction
– Town and Horde Growth
– Attritions
– Tax Modifications
– Public Order
– Unit Upkeep
– Unit Cost Reduction
– Resistance to Occupation
– Item Stealing Chance
– Captives/Enslaves additional Replenishments
– Replenishment Rates reduced to its Standard
– removed Leadership Bonus for the AI

Beware that the AI even more sucks, without those Boosts.
Chaos Scripting and Army Spawn is left untouched.
Also Waaghs are left untouched.
Battle Buffs for AI Units on Hard and very Hard are hardcoded and cant be modded out, sadly, which sucks even more, that the Campaign Battle Difficulty Slider still isnt working!
