USS Monitor
The USS Monitor was a Steam Powered Ironclad vessel of the american civil war.
She was the very first Ironclad warship commissioned as an official government vessel of the Union Army, in 1862. she boasts 2 11 inch cannons on her rotating turret, loaded by the muzzle, and can travel a WHOPPING 8 knots!
The vessel was built for the sole purpose of defeating the Confederate army’s greatest naval weapon, the CSS Virginia, another ironclad. at the Battle of Hampton Roads, these two vessels clashed. at the end of the day, neither ship’s weapons were strong enough to even dent the opponent’s armour and after 4 hours of battle, both headed in the opposite directions for home port as the sun was setting.

i have NOT gone into combat testing with this ship, however, judging by it’s small guns and armour, it doesn’t even stand a chance against the vanilla ironclad.
