Description:

Adds unique passives to every named character that didn’t have one before hand, buffs a few underwhelming passives, and attempts to reduce RNG in most passives in the base game.

Also, Anton becomes a Limited keypage and gains Speed.

This was orignally 3 mods… but I decided to mesh em into one. There’s a lot of stuff that would be impractical to take pics of this time around, so I made a discussion thread with the passives instead.
