Sub mod for Medieval Warfare
Open up diplomacy with the faction you desire to trade with.
Then click on the settlements on the map itself.
Also it is balanced so that you can gift settlements, and trade them, but not solely receive them only.
Original .lua script is from MAGA mod and made to work with Medieval Warfare.
