Description:

Road cargo transfer station with 5 truck docking bays (okay, one of the ‘bays’ is a spot in the mud off to the side because I didn’t want to make the station bigger) 2 entrances and 2 exits, both one-way. Because it’s more expensive than the base road cargo station, loading and unloading speed is (or should be) 25% faster; though it is still very slightly smaller in terms of land needed.

The station is non-blocking and has detour paths set up so that trucks coming and going look orderly when they do. I tried resource visualisation, but it made attached storages look sparse when they were full.

I don’t really know what I was going for visually, but I really wanted a one-way cargo station with loading and unloading docks for my trucks. I guess it kind of looks more like a bank drive through than a cargo station, but whatever.

This is the first building that I’ve modeled, and I’m sure I went about things somewhat backwards than anything even resembling optimal, but it works. I wanted the fence gates to be sliding, but I couldn’t find via Google any decent documentation on animating, so they’ll just sit there… mocking me.
