Cthulhus Spirit
Cthulhu’s Spirit is a passive item that appears in secret rooms, red chests, and dungeons (mob trap rooms). This item gives Isaac the ability to fly, and it leaves a blue creep under your feet wherever you go. This creep damages enemies and gives them fear. Also, Cthulhu’s Spirit gives every enemy temporary confusion upon entering a room. However, this item gives no stat changes.
