A simple ski jumping hill for use with the Ski Jumpers found here:

Position Bobbie the Eagle also known as the Bob in the Ski Jumper on the top platform, release the handbrake on the Ski Jumper and press the button to get Bob going.
Steer while going downhill with
A/D – Steering.
When approaching the jump press Alt/Operation Mode and use
Alt+W/S – Control flight and landing.
After you have landed Press Alt again to disable Operation Mode and use
A/D – Steering
and
S – Brake.
L/Headlights: Lights for night jumping, both for slope and the Ski Jumper.
I recommend using Global Camera mode, follow Bob and steer him right, then just before pressing Alt swing the camera to the side so you can see how he flies and adjust his posture accordingly.
