Lavochkin La-5 Mechanically Realistic
This Lavochkin La-5, a famous WW2 soviet fighter aircraft from the Soviet air force i bring to you in Besiege. This project started as me simply revisiting radial engines, but soon developed into this as my new two row radial 10 engine showed promising results while having a surprisingly small design. I am happy with how this project has turned out. I have to give credit to Mudmanfighter as the design is somewhat based on his mechanical spitfire an having the commonality of a complete control system operated by a joystick in the cockpit and a fully mechanical engine. Nevertheless I hope you enjoy my creation.
