This mod adds a new decision: Study the art of war
The decision only requires 20 martial as a minimum, and for each war that you gain victory in, you’ll get experience!
But be careful! Losing even a single war could wipe out the gain of a few wars! (This has been Nerfed from -100 xp, to only -25xp!)

– Lowered XP lost per battle to -25
– AI with martial over 20 will now take this trait as a decision

– Fixed an issue where lost wars didn’t remove XP. (You lose 100 xp for wars lost, so be careful!)
