A Darker Age
This is my faction re-color mod also available over at Total War Center. Currently a WIP and open to recommendations.
*This mod recolors EVERY faction including Rebel Groups (All AoC Factions) to better suit the "dark" setting of Atilla and aims at a natural style ala Divide et Imperum, Europa Barbarorum. ..
Western and Barbarian factions have many more browns, greys, reds, black, etc…
Neon green, orange, yellow, pink, bright purple are all gone.
Eastern/Desert factions got a makeover, with more gold, silver, cotton/silk tones, and "sun-drenched" colors."
Roman factions are imperial, with deep crimson and purple, silver/gold trim.
***This mod is best used with my Romans Requipped mod and my Franks Requipped Mod (Both are pictured above). Nearly every vanilla Roman and Frankish unit is re-skinned and re-tooled, including helmet plumes, feathers, etc…
****Also highly recommend GEM re-color. My GEM preset is available at the twcenter development page.
