Manual doors begone!

This mod rewires all the vanilla outpost and city doors to motion detectors so they automatically open when you get near!

This does not include abandoned outposts, beacon stations, or wrecks. Only friendly outposts and cities.


  • Compatible with: 1.0.9.0, bots, and multiplayer
  • Safe to add and remove mid-campaign! The game regenerates outposts/cities on load, so this can be added/removed at any point without issue.
  • FULLY compatible with mods that add/modify abandoned outposts, beacon stations, or wreaks. (Including Pirates Ahoy!, because they add a completely new outpost type rather than modifying vanilla outpost types).
  • NOT compatible with mods that modify vanilla’s friendly outpost/city modules, such as DynamicEuropa.
    (Mod works by rewiring the vanilla outpost/city ".sub" files in the sub editor, and modifying the OutpostConfigs and Outpost RandomEvents to refer to the modified .sub files, so it will conflict with mods that also modify outpost/city modules/randomevents).
