AI Stops Developing
This is yet another "No AI Development" mod, where the AI gets a huge development cost debuff to stop them from developing their provinces, or at least slow them down massively. This mod features an event that fires to give the debuff to all nations, and a one-time decision you can choose to remove the debuff. This can also be removed from other nations via the decision by tag-switching if you so choose. Hope you like it if interested!
