After loosing the Great War in Autumn of 1760, Gromskoja was left in a complete ruin, with former goverment collapsing, huge amount of land lost, all the punishing treaties and internal instabilities making the procces of rebuilding very difficuilt.
Having to limit size of its military and loosing alot of it’s industrial power, not alot of effort was put into modernization and rebuilding of army for most of 1760’s.
