Raven and Raider’s Perks Flipped
Does what it says on the tin: Flips the perks so that Raider’s overwatch applies "Marked" to targets. and Raven gets extra accuracy against targets in an ally’s overwatch cone. Previously Raven was the spotter and Raider got the accuracy bonus, which made no sense.
Overwrites their merc files, unless I can come up with a more elegant solution.
