This very simple and lightweight mod removes all "permanent" historical rivalries and friendhsips.
No longer will you be forbidden to ally a historical rival if the geopolitical situation changes.
Attitudes evolved over centuries, historical rivals became friends, and, on the contrary, some friendhsips faded over contested interests.
This mod reproduces that, by replacing all starting rivalries with dedicated rivals, and a -25 opinion modifier decaying over a generation.
