NS DDNG
The NS DDNG is the future new generation double-decker of the Dutch Railways. The train will have a top speed of 160km/h and will be available in 4 and 6-car variants. The DDNG was designed with accessibility in mind. That is why the front carriages are single-deck with level entry. This train is now being developed by CAF and is expected to enter service in 2028. The DDNG will mainly replace the old DDZ train.
