War without End
This mod removes the possibility to win via Antaran Victory without removing the Antaran attacks from the game.
Anratans will still be able to attack you but there is no way to build a portal to their realm due to a lack of Antaran ruins.
For this mod to work Antaran Victory still must be enabled otherwise Antarans wont attack.
I didnt have enough time to test this mod extensively but in every test I ran this mod worked as intended.
Works perfectly with mods like Ultimate Extreme Galaxies Vol. 1 or similar mods.

This mod modifies the Globals.yaml, I can’t tell if any other mod uses this file but as far as I can tell this should work with most mods out there.
