Description:

This mod provides a new secret society: Natural Wonder Seekers. They focus on exploring. GS and Ethiopia Pack are required, and the new Secret Society only appears under GS ruleset.

Introduction
        

  • Governor Promotions:

    Life-Seeded:
    Unlocked by discovering a Natural Wonder. Grants an Explorer unit in your Capital. Reveal all tiles that are around the natural wonders on the map. Natural wonders tiles and adjacent tiles get 1/3 the base and adjacent yields of all natural wonders, respectively (regardless of whether the natural wonders appear in the game or not). Cities adjacent to natural wonders recieve +2 housing + 1 Amenity, and receive a free settler when built.

    Terrestrial Sculpting:
    Unlocked in Medieval Era. Grants an Explorer unit in your Capital. Unlocks the Explorer unit. Allows your Explorer to construct Scientific Research Station improvement. Cities that have natural wonders receive buffs from all firaxis natural wonders, and units receive abilities from all firaxis natural wonders (check the Governor page in the pedia for more information, regardless of whether the natural wonders appear in the game or not).

    Mastery of Nature:
    Unlocked in Industrial Era. Grants an Explorer unit in your Capital. Cities that have natural wonders receive buffs from all Mod natural wonders, and units receive abilities from all Mod natural wonders (check the Governor page in the pedia for more information, regardless of whether the natural wonders appear in the game or not).

    World Shaper:
    Unlocked in Atomic Era. Grants an Explorer unit in your Capital. The tiles that are adjacent to Scientific Research Stations get 1/3 the adjacent yields of all natural wonders. Cities that are adjacent to a Scientific Research Station and have no natural wonders receive buffs from all firaxis and Mod natural wonders(check the Governor page in the pedia for more information, regardless of whether the natural wonders appear in the game or not).

  • Explorer:

    Scout unit unique to Natural Wonders Seekers. Has base Combat Strength equal to the strongest unit your cities have produced.Can enter the shallow water after sailing Tech. Can climb cliffs and launch jumps with a distance of 2. +10 combat strength within 3 tiles of the scientific research stations; +100 combat strength when adjacent to natural wonders. Can build "Scientific Research Station" improvement.

  • Scientific Research Station:

    Unique improvement that can only be built by an Explorer unit.Provides +1 Science and +1 Culture; +1 faith if adjacent to natural wonders. One per City. Provides standard adjacent bonuses for holy sites, campuses, theaters, industrial zones, commmercial hubs, and harbors.
