IMBA Patch For TOUHOU-MOD Hina Kagiyama
This is the IMBA patch for TOUHOU-MOD Hina Kagiyama .
Subscribe to this patch and enable it in the game’s additional content to significantly increase the strength of Hina Kagiyama’s abilities as a leader of Land of Nagashi-bina.
Please note that the IMBA Patch is designed to significantly increase the power of Hina Kagiyama and may alter the balance of the game. If you prefer a more balanced and traditional gameplay experience, I recommend that you do not use this patch.
This patch makes the following changes to the Hina Kagiyama Leader Pack:
1. Adjusted the maximum combat bonus provided by negative Appeal in leader trait to 100, and adjusted Appeal lost every 12 turns to 3.
2. Added the effect that every 3 points of negative Appeal provides +1 Production for each tile (up to a maximum of +3) in leader trait.
3. Adjusted the Faith bonus provided by the Broken Amulet to +3.
4. Added the effect that if the city’s population is no more than 3, its population growth rate is increased by 3 times to the Broken Amulet.
5. Expanded the range of promotion effects of Governor Nitori to all your cities except for the ‘Galactic Guide’.
6. Added the effect that the cost of purchasing buildings is reduced by 30% to the Governor Nitori’s promotion ‘Faith Engineer’.
7. The Negative Energy Plant now provides 3 Science and has a maximum power output of 100.
8. Raised the cap of the bonus provided by Campuses and Industrial zones in the promotion of ‘Apocalypse Science’ to 300.
9. Adjusted the acceleration effects of various buildings on space projects to 100% in the promotion ‘Galactic Guide’.
10. Raised the Culture bonus provided by riverside tiles to +3, increased the Faith bonus for Exile to +3 for each tile, and adjusted the Appeal lost of existing cities when other civilizations completing a Hinamatsuri to 3 in the Civilization trait.
11. Adjusted the Faith bonus provided by the Hinamatsuri to +3 for tiles in cities with a Misfortune Road.
12. Removed the requirement for the Hinadan to purchase the Misfortune Messenger, and it is now unlocked by the Civic "Theology".
13. The cost of the Misfortune Road is now fixed at 33 Production (standard speed), and will no longer increase in price as the game progresses. The adjacent bonus provided to adjacent Holy Sites has been adjusted to 3 points, and the number of Nagashi-hina provided has been adjusted to 30, and 3 provided for other civilizations;
14. The Purifying Fire now has a fixed requirement of 9 Production (standard speed) and will no longer increase in price as the game progresses;
15. The extra Tourism provided by the Hinadan for this city’s Great Work has been adjusted to 300%.
