Non-Eurocentric Institutions
Non-Eurocentric Institutions allows institutions to spawn in any eligible province in the world, instead of just in Europe.
This variation allows for a more diverse range of plausible historical outcomes. Additionally, institutions are likely to spawn independently over time in multiple areas.
All institutions still can spawn in Europe, but they are no longer required to.
The two primary institutions it affects are Renaissance and Printing Press, which are both locked to Europe in Vanilla.
Feudalism may now also spread outside of the old world for developed capitals and countries with multiple vassals.
~~~Renaissance~~~
Renaissance spawns in any province with development of 22+ and any of the following luxury trade goods: paper, gems, glass, chinaware, gold, silk, incense, wine, cocoa, and sugar.
After spawning, Renaissance naturally spreads in similar provinces, with a significant bonus as long as the ruler is a true renaissance man: at least 5 in Administration, Diplomacy, and Military.

Printing press spawns in any development 15+ province that produces paper.
It will spread naturally in high development paper provinces, with a significant bonus if the owner has administrative skill of 6.
