Description:

This map can be played as 1vs1 or 2vs2. It is characterised by a large ridge in the middle, which offers ideal defensive ground. Be the first to occupy the heights! But attention, the woods on the flanks can secure or endanger your position. While guarding the Cumberland Gab, confederate commander Felix Zollicoffer moved his troops north of the Cumberland River. On the 19th January 1862 the Confederates attacked union forces under George Thomas at Mill Springs. The union soldiers were able to fight back the confederate regiments and so George Thomas won the first siginificant union victory of the American Civil War.
