This is a by-product of my Holy Prepuce War mod. DO NOT use this mod with Holy Prepuce War at the same time.

In this mod I add an decision to allow you to cost a lifestyle perk point to improve the related skill by 1-5. The difference between this and the hpw one was not for immortals only. AI wont do this.
