Adds Katangan rebels from the ongoing Katangan insurgency in the Congo (DRC).

Currently in the mod:
-Mai Mai rebels
-Headbands

Stuff I plan to add in the future:
-Kata Katanga rebels
-CNPSC rebels
-More Mai Mai stuff and random clothing/equipment
