Kabbu from Bug fables.

Nspecial Pebble Toss: He chucks a super weak rock for approaching

Fspecial Dash Through: He does a very fast dash, he can jump during it and if he hits the moves it will be able to cancel

Dspecial Boulder Toss: Kabbu digs into the ground and throws out a rock, it can be hit.

Uspecial UnderStrike: He uses jump to attempt to cling to a wall and if does he can climb the wall, press special again to use it.
