Back 4 Blood Pain Killers (L4D2 Animations)
You can’t have a L4D-type game without some Ibuprofen on hand, can you?
I do want to state a thing about Back 4 Blood, I do not like having this item share the slot with the Medkit. It becomes a situation of why would I want to grab this item opposed to the Medkit with given the choice between the two. With the item crate in the safe room which you buy items with copper you find throughout the level, you’re given the choice between the two quite often. If they don’t want to give this item its own slot, then have it share it with the grenades. Just my two cents.
