Should fix Vash’Knaaren race with Frackin Universe (and maybe just BYOS too I don’t know)

This isn’t really balanced or anything, it’s just a barebones fix.

Please mention any bugs/issues you encounter or suggestions on balancing in the comments and I’ll attempt to fix any issues.

NOTICE: This is my first mod and I really don’t know what I’m doing. This is really only intended to be a basic patch mod, so please don’t suggest any features or changes beyond that very barebones scope.

If it isn’t obvious, I have no connection to FU or the original uploader of the Vash’Knaaren race mod or Shellguard.

Balance Racial Traits to be unique but also not OP
Fix any bugs
