Less Agent Spam
What does this mod do?
Increase the cost to recruit Agents by 1000% / 10x,Agents now cost 5000 Koku.
Increase agent cap by 2000% / 20x,agents has a cap of 100.
This mod was inspired by someone who are triggered when the AI spam their Lv1 Agent and killed his Lv6 Agent.
The AI still can recruit agents,but Agents will be almost extinct in early game,Rare in Mid Game,and back to normal in Late game,if the AI has the money.
