Contaminated Water
Water gets worse after shutdown….
Inspiration from "Water goes Bad" and "Dont dring Tap Water"

Sandbox Settings are included to change:
– min and max time after shutdown the water will get tainted
– min Waterlevel in watersources
– setting it to 0 has a 25 percent chance the watersource will be drained
I just edited their code into one to use it how i would like it.
