Couch Co-Op
Adds two player couch co-op! One player uses the mouse and keyboard, and the other player uses a controller. Requires M-nee to rebind keys! The Player using the keyboard uses "e" and "q" to swap wands/items and uses "r" to pick up objects.

Secret Keys:
"Up Arrow": Keyboard player regains control
"Down Arrow": Keyboard player yields control to gamepad player
