The Second installment in the Escape the Rimworld modding series, Wasteland branch adds more punch to the vanilla weapons and adds a brand new set of worn down "wastelander weapons" they take less to craft but are less effective in combat.
Overview
Welcome to the Escape the Rimworld – Wastelander Branch. This mod adds wasteland versions of the vanilla weapons which appear worn down and are less combat effective
More About the Mod
– Adds 10 New weapons to the game
– Wastelander Weapons
– degrade faster then normal weapons
– appear more frequently in low level raids
– require a lot less and lower level materials to craft then regular weapons
– can be crafted in almost half the time it takes to craft their counterparts
– require a lot lower level to craft then their counterparts.
– are less combat effective, have less range, less accuracy.
Why Use Wastelander Weapons?
Although Wastelander Weapons are overall very poor versions of the full fledged vanilla weapons. The Wastelander weapons are absolutely perfect Low tech weapons great for starting new playthroughs or people that just want more of a challenge throughout their game. Having Wastelander Weapons installed also makes them spawn more frequently then other weapons during starting/low level raids making them more survivable and less likely to be quick game ending events.
