Ever wondered why you won’t get random people asking shelter from you? Wonder no more! You shall receive!

By public request. This Random Joiners mod adds a random joiner caravan to several vanilla factions. It uses the wandering trader AI, but it has a random (and rare) chance to occur. When you ally a faction, the chance goes up to likely, but it will happen only once! So do not miss it! (All factions do not have this possibility).

You will get a warning "Vagrants on their way to your base". And when they arrive, you have twice as much time to react to the announcement as you have for traders.

When you spot the leader of the vagrants, speak with them. You will get a diverse negotiation dialogue, on which depending on personalities on both sides, chance and ally status, you may recruit the whole group.
There is a chance the vagrants do not agree and a chance your character not agreeing, although the player faction has more options to choose from. You will always have the option to say no.

On a very small chance, upon denying, the vagrants might attack, if they think they can beat you.

This is not a guarantee for multiple new recruits at once, but boy is it nice when it occurs!

The characters have low-standard gear and low stats (7 max), randomly generated. You can have mostly humans, shek or hive characters, although an odd skeleton is possible if their faction have skeletons.

IMPORT, CONFLICTS, LOAD ORDER and PREREQUISITES
Requires a new game or an import. No conflicts with other mods (this mod does not change anything, just adds the caravans). Load anywhere. The player faction must have a base for this to occur.

PLAY STYLE:
This mod is for flavor and it suits best for RPG play style. Language used in the dialogue is suitable for kids over 8, there is only one cursing (the F) word, which can occur if a maniacal personality is denied to join.

DISCLAIMER
The how long it takes for the vagrants to arrive from the announcement depends how far their hometown is from the player base. This also often results in the one squad scattering on the way (randomized running speed) so the squad members may arrive at different times. Naturally only members currently present can be triggered to join, and if any members are left they will get a new leader, who then proceeds to knock on your door again XD Let’s call it ‘Kenshified experience’.
