Tooltip Tweak [Vertical]
Moves tooltips up by 80 pixels (roughly centered for many tooltips) for those playing on low resolutions.
This is a purely client-side mod and should be compatible with all other mods. For best results, mix-and-match with the other mods in the UI Tweak Collection 🙂
